Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses FineLearn Studio, FineLearn Hire and our websites. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. You may not

• Break the law or help others do so, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Upload malware, probe or attack the Services, bypass security or usage limits, or access accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Use the Services to send spam or deceptive communications.
• Resell, copy or reverse engineer the Services, or use them to build a competing product.

2. AI presenters and voices

• Create custom presenters or voices only of people who have given informed, written consent.
• Do not use presenters or voices to impersonate real people, mislead viewers, or create content that is defamatory, hateful, sexual or violent.
• Do not present AI-generated training as legal advice or as statements by a real person who did not approve them.

3. Recruiting

• Do not set job requirements or screening criteria that discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Do not make hiring decisions based solely on automated scores. A person must review and decide.
• Give candidates the notices and choices required by the laws that apply to you, and honour their data requests.
• Post only genuine roles on careers sites and job boards.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend access that violates this policy, and will tell you why where we can. Report abuse to legal@finelearn.ai.
